Your spreadsheet stays on your device

Reading, shift conversion and calendar creation happen in your browser. We do not upload your spreadsheet, its filename, names, shift codes, dates or calendar contents. The tool does not connect to your calendar account. Closing or clearing the page removes the file from the tool's memory; downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

Optional usage counts

Usage sharing is off by default. If you enable it, the tool sends a small event such as file selected, parsed, previewed, calendar downloaded or import confirmed. Events contain a random session identifier, a general source category (direct, X, Reddit or search) and the event name. Our hosting provider supplies a coarse country code to help distinguish overseas usage. We store daily aggregate session/event records for up to 90 days. We do not store IP addresses, precise locations, full referrers or browser fingerprints in this analytics database.

Example processing and visits marked as tests are excluded from task events. A download is not proof of successful import. Import confirmations are optional self-reports and are only sent if usage sharing is on.

Your usage-sharing preference stays in local storage. A random identifier stays in session storage to limit repeat counts. Clear your browser's site data to remove those values. Turning usage sharing off stops new analytics events.

Hosting and external services

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles normal requests. As with other web hosts, it can process request metadata such as your IP address for delivery and security under its own policies. We do not promise that visiting a website hides this metadata from its host. No third-party advertising, session recording, external font or AI service is used by this tool.
